Twitter Debates Cancellation Attempt On TikTok 'Dreams' Skateboarder

Nathan Apocada, the man behind the now-iconic trend of drinking cranberry juice, skateboarding, and listening to Fleetwood Mac, is at the center of what feels like an inevitable cancellation attempt on Twitter after a user discovered a video of him using the N-word while rapping along with a Migos song.

"Please don't say anything to me about this man," said Twitter user @lnbshr, posting the clip which caused her disdain for Apodaca.

However, unlike many recent cancellation attempts, most Twitter users who engaged with the tweet were not in agreement with the criticism of Apodaca, who is Native American. "bro, he’s homeless and native american," wrote @kingofposting. "fuck kinda power or privilege does he have over me where he can’t sing to a song??"

Others tended to agree that Apocada should be left alone.

The sentiment wasn't universal, as some Twitter users were in agreement that the N-word rap video was a cancelable offense.
