TikToker Justine Paradise has accused YouTuber Jake Paul of sexual assault in a 20-minute video she released today.

In the video, she says Paul kissed her consensually and took her to his room at the Team 10 house. At that point, he began initiating sexual contact which she did not consent to, then forced himself upon her after saying, "If nothing is going to happen, then what's the point?"

"Jake grabs my hand and starts walking with me and he brings me to his room. I thought it was fine to kiss him because I thought he would stop if I didn't want to do anything else. At one point he said "If nothing is going to happen, then what's the point?" He didn't ask for consent or anything and then he just shoved himself on me, that's not okay at no level at all."

Prior to posting the video, Paradise posted TikToks referencing a time she "signed an NDA" at a famous YouTuber's house, then being assaulted by that YouTuber.

Paul has yet to respond to the allegations, which have been reposted to huge audiences on Twitter. Ethan Klein retweeted the allegations to his followers.

The story follows a string of misconduct or assault allegations against popular YouTubers. Recently, a member of David Dobrik's Vlog Squad was accused of rape. James Charles was recently accused of grooming. Dan Avidan of Game Grumps was accused of grooming, though it appears he was mostly cleared in the eyes of public opinion. Earlier this week, Vinesauce Vinny was accused of manipulating fans into sex.

I really wish for this to be real, but getting biased during the process will only serve as a bad precedent for future victims, either for the accused or the accuser.

In the case of people like Dan and Vinny, their innocence seems obvious. With someone like a Paul brother, it can be harder to tell, since they do have a track record of doing awful, and often negligent things. Still, it's important that we hear what he has to say before anyone jumps on any boats. Don't our bias get in the way.

Even if I hate the Paul brothers, we should wait to hear his side of the story. He maybe has the receips.

Please, let's not be hypocrites

I can't agree more.
We must wait till the investigation to finish first before we cast any judgement. Even to someone we despise to maintain due process for all.

Not just the innocent people's livelihood would be spared, actual victims will get validated even more overall.
