Machine Gun Kelly, whom critics have noted dyed his tongue black and took a very off-putting picture of himself having a tongue war with Megan Fox, has ignited a fan battle with Slipknot after saying he was glad he's not "Being 50 years old wearing a f**king weird mask on the f**king stage."

Mr. Machine Gun was holding a competing set with Slipknot at Riot Fest yesterday, which irked the singer, perhaps because of previous comments the band made which could be seen as a slight against Kelly. In February, Slipknot singer Corey Taylor said, "I hate all new rock for the most part. Well, the ‘artists’ who failed in one genre and decided to go rock -- I think he knows who he is. But that’s another story."

This may not have been the wisest feud for Kelly to pursue (Kelly has also had beefs with Eminem and Conor Macgregor in the past). Slipknot fans were quick to salivate at a brewing beef and crow about how much better Slipknot's music was than Kelly's.

Slipknot is yet to respond, but it seems like their fans are doing plenty of the "beef" work for them.
