Ryan Gosling Does Not Think His Fans Or People Who Make Memes Of Him Are 'Losers And Virgins'
Actor Ryan Gosling, oft-memed as a man women want to be with and men want to be, does not think people who make memes about him are "losers and virgins." At least, he doesn't publicly think that as far as anyone knows despite a viral headline suggesting otherwise.
A supposed headline from a 2022 IndieWire article finds Gosling saying the people who make memes of him are "losers and virgins."
The headline, however, does not exist. The image above is a photoshopped headline from a 2022 IndieWire article by Christian Zilko about Donald Glover, who said Gosling nearly joined the cast of Atlanta.
The hoax is extremely similar to another example that went viral last year in which an edited headline purported to say actor Christian Bale "disliked" sigma male memes made about him. In both cases, a prankster edited a headline to make a male meme-culture idol insult their supposed biggest fans.
The post appears to come from an April 14th, 2022, Tumblr blog called sh---ymoviedetails. It then spread in various memes where the posters expressed their feelings of betrayal at Gosling.
Rest assured, Ryan Gosling does not think fans who idolize him in memes are "losers and virgins" — or if he does, he at least has the good sense to not say so in print.
