Press F: Nintendo Kills Free Fan Game Where Peach Has Lots Of Graphic Sex
Nintendo has brought out its notorious DMCA hammer once again and smashed it down upon Peach's Untold Tale, a free pornographic game in which Peach could get impregnated by Goombas and sleep with a variety of Mario characters.
The game had been available for free for eight years on Github while skirting beneath the lines of "fair use" parody law before Nintendo either found it or decided that now was the time to take it down.
The game was created by South-American developer Ivan Aedler, who first started working on the game in 2012.
"It’s a game where players take on the role of Princess Peach," he told Doujins. "Bowser is invading, the citizens of Mushroom Kingdom are under Kamek’s spell to be super aroused, and Mario is missing. What’s a princess to do? Stomp some enemies, or start putting out, to save her kingdom."
TorrentFreak reported on the takedown yesterday, noting how Nintendo cited trademark infringements on tons of Mario products, citing basically every game Peach has ever appeared in (they also amusingly struggled with how to describe the game and linked to an Xvideos page of the gameplay for those interested).
Aedler last updated the game on April 19th of this year, when he told his Patreon supporters that he'd "rather be dead" than stop working on it. He is yet to comment on the DMCA takedown, but TorrentFreak speculated he will likely not contest it lest he is faced with a lawsuit from Nintendo.

Don't do this with Nintendo properties, I know it's tempting but if you just do something original and just a bit more generic they can't touch you and you won't have flushed eight years down the drain to be taken down by a company that would rather you pay them to host multiplayer on your console.

His video actually got legally claimed. He took the video down himself because if he left it up then WB would be given any revenue from it. Same thing happened to Jontron except he didn't take his video down. R Kelly gets paid revenue on the video where Jon sings You are Not a Gnome; despite it being a clear parody. A DMCA would mean they just demand the material be taken down.
