PewDiePie And Marzia Are Expecting A Baby, YouTuber Announces In A Heartfelt Video

The father of the 9-year-old army, Felix "PewDiePie" Kjellberg will soon become a dad for real — the YouTuber has announced that he and his wife Marzia are expecting their first child.

On Sunday, PewDiePie uploaded a heartfelt video in which he revealed something he kept hidden from fans: He and Marzia have a baby on the way. The happy news arrived on November 8th last year, but the Kjellbergs have kept it a secret until now.

I'm so excited! It's kind of strange to me: it's entering a new territory. But I feel really ready, and so does Marzia. […] I'm just so happy to start a family with a woman I love. And I know: whatever is ahead of us, together we can do it.

In the video, PewDiePie said that Marzia has been dealing with sickness during her pregnancy, but "she's been taking it like an absolute champ." Marzia has also shared the happy announcement on her Instagram page.

In the comments, fans and fellow YouTubers rushed to congratulate the couple.

About the announcement, meme maker Dolan Dark said, "Did not expect that, congratulations!"

YouTuber UnrealEntGaming wrote, "We've all grown up with Pewd's throughout the years and to now see him about to be a dad feels surreal. Congratulations Felix and Marzia!"

According to the announcement video, PewDiePie and Marzia are expecting to meet their baby sometime in July 2023.

PewDiePie and Marzia began dating in 2011 after she sent him an email in which she wrote she found his videos funny. The YouTuber power couple then married in August 2019.

In 2022, PewDiePie and Marzia moved to Japan, where they have been living since.
