Congresswoman Nancy Mace Jokes She Skipped Intimate Morning With Fiancé To Attend Tim Scott's Prayer Meeting, Angering Some Conservatives
Republican Congresswoman Nancy Mace of South Carolina saw an opportunity to make a joke about her sexual activity and took it during – of all times – a prayer meeting led by Republican Senator Tim Scott.
Speaking to a room full of Christians, Mace explained that her fiancé attempted to pull her close in the morning, but she brushed him off saying, "We don't have time for that, I gotta get to the prayer breakfast."
The humorous anecdote landed awkwardly in the room and riled up some of her conservative critics on social media, who were aghast that Mace was openly discussing the premarital copulation she has with her partner at a prayer breakfast.
Others seemingly had to hand it to Mace, as many found that even though they disagree with her politically, they respected the chutzpah necessary to open a prayer breakfast with an anecdote about almost "getting it on" before attending.

You have got to be one HELL of a gambler to wait until you've entered a lifetime commitment to find out if your spouse is any good in the sack or not.

Watching christians mald about other peoples sex lives is is always an experience. at least this time it's someone who identifies as being under christian rules herself, although honestly the whole injunction against premarital sex is pretty murky biblically speaking.
It's not one of those things which is explicitly OK and even divinely commanded to do, such as taking several thousand virgin pre-teens as sex slaves after you got done slaughtering all the men and non-virgin women in their village.

The twice-divorced bit is pretty thoroughly covered though:
"And in the house, the disciples began to question him about this again. And he said to them. “Whoever divorces his wife, and marries another woman commits adultery against her, and if she herself divorces her husband and marries another man, she is committing adultery.”"
