YouTuber Markiplier has returned to the hospital yet again after multiple trips related to his issues with constipation in previous years, though this time, no one's exactly sure why he's there.

In a light-hearted post to his Twitter and Instagram, Markiplier revealed he is in the hospital, joking that he was there "for his birthday."

One picture shows him with a towel covering his eyes, and another showing that his eyes are deeply bloodshot.

It's unclear what made him make another trip to the hospital, though it doesn't seem related to his bowels this time. In an Instagram comment, his mother wrote, "It's from making shorts for his new movie."

Meanwhile, his fans don't seem very alarmed as Instagram comments are flooded not with well-wishes but rather jokes about the YouTuber's frequent trips to the ER and jokey theories as to what drove him there this time.
