"And with this, the story of Dragon Ball has come to an end."
Boy………. What a sad day, I genuinely cried. I'm really going to miss this man. Without him, things are not going to be like always.
Rest in peace, Akira Toriyama sensei, your legacy will live forever.

Rest easy king, you will be deeply missed by all. I grew up playing Dragon Ball games with my older brother, they always brought me so much happiness and excitement, nothing could compare to the over-the-top hype and fighting that they bring and I have some old posters and ornaments in my room. It's an amazing and fun series that has brought together a lot of people and is truly iconic and I wish his family the absolute best during this time. I'll watch a dragon ball movie later today in his memory. :C

Damn, things like Dragon Quest and DBZ wont be the same anymore.
I hope the Sand Land game thats coming out soon is good, I know he didnt make the game personally, but still. His IP.

I dont know why it cut off, but I said "I think" its his IP. I know he did the art for it.

Man I wish KYM would add an edit feature. I've been awake for almost 24 hours, so if I would have read the article completely I would have seen it IS his IP.
So anyway, RIP Toriyama. You got me into anime and DBZ will always be my number one. I dont care what anyone says.

Rest in peace, Toriyama Akira.
I just only recently read a short collection of his other stories where in between the chapters in the author's notes he was talking about being kind of a troublemaker as a child and about his career and how he started out making manga. I found his efforts to get discovered and have success very commendable, especially when there were instances where he made last place in a lot of manga contests at first but still kept going despite that. He has genuinely made me have a laughing fit so many times with his sense of humor and he has inspired so many people all over the world to strive for self-improvement just like the pure-hearted Goku.
I can't believe it, only in his 60s… that's still very young by today's standards. I hope he found peace.

I remember growing up with several of his works including Dragon Quest Monsters on Game Boy Color and Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z on Toonami. RIP to an absolute legend.
