Logan Paul Transforms Into One Of His Oldest Memes

In 2017, Twitter user @justjamiie inadvertently launched a meme when he found a picture of an older emo man and compared him to YouTuber Logan Paul.

The joke stuck around through Paul's descent into YouTube's pariah and his subsequent comeback as an amateur boxer, but now it's finally come full circle, as Paul embraced the meme earlier this week.

In a recent vlog, Paul dressed up as the emo gentleman and shot a video of him doing a bunch of stereotypically emo stuff, like singing My Chemical Romance and talking about how much he hates the world. It's all very "2007 emo," but it's a decent send-up of the culture.

Of course, as with everything Logan Paul-related, he didn't get through it without attracting some criticism.

RIP emo. You were forever misunderstood.
