Lady Gaga Helping Turn 'Joker 2' Into A Musical Creates Waves Online Following News She Might Portray Harley Quinn

Shortly following the news of a Joker sequel already being in production, rumors begin to swirl that premiere music icon and antic-fueled powerhouse Lady Gaga is in talks to not only join the movie but help it in becoming a musical.

The news hit social media like a freight train, instantly derailing prior conversations and demanding the attention of fans of the original, or fans of Lady Gaga herself. As eloquently stated by numerous online, there doesn't seem to be an obvious overlap between fans of the Joker movie and fans of Gaga, with a subsect of fans who liked the darker tone and don't see how a musical will translate well being somewhere in between.
