Karen Harasses Black Woman For Walking Her Dog In Her Own Neighborhood

Earlier this week, TikToker @_hottymale, real name Ty, posted a video showing an altercation she had with an enraged Karen outside her Riverview, Florida apartment complex, in which the woman harasses her for walking her dog.

In the video, which has racked up over 5 million views since being posted on Saturday, an angry woman is seen walking towards Ty who's filming her from up a hill. The woman swears at Ty about recording her, telling her to put her phone away, and asking her how long she's lived in the apartment complex. The woman says she's lived in the complex "a year and a half" and gets particularly angry after Ty calls her a "Karen," inspiring her to march right into Ty's face. A third party steps in and separates the two at the end right before the video cuts out.

Ty has posted several follow-ups to the video on her TikTok page since. In one video, she explains what happened before the altercation, saying she was on her phone and walking down the street when the woman yelled at her to "move," prompting her to start filming.

In another, she explains how she went to the police station and an officer told her she couldn't press charges because it was a verbal altercation. She also defends her choice in not hitting the woman, as was suggested by some commenters.

Allegedly, the identity of the woman has been found by TikToker @flowersandskulls, who is currently being mistaken by TikTokers as being the Karen herself rather than the one who found her. In a video posted by @flowersandskulls yesterday, she explains through tears how she is not the Karen and how she's trying to get the Karen's identity to Ty. It is unknown if the information has reached Ty yet.
