The Insane Clown Posse knows how to recognize Miracles and when to cancel their annual Gathering of the Juggalos for the sake of public health.

The group announced yesterday that the 2020 Juggalo gathering would be postponed to next year due to coronavirus concerns.

"The bottom line is simply that we REFUSE to risk even ONE Juggalo life by hosting a Gathering during these troubling times," the group said in a statement posted to their Facebook page.

The decision has been lauded on social media. While several U.S. governors and the President have pushed for swift ends to lockdowns and other social distancing measures in hopes of restarting the economy, ICP's decision came off as level-headed.

Kudos to ICP for making the right call. May you whoop whoop safely again soon.

This year's Gathering was scheduled in early August. If the country's still in lockdown by then, the country will be in some serious trouble with food and consumer goods shortages. If the lockdown is lifted sooner than that would this be considered premature or prudent? Guess we'll see.

I mean it was to be expected, but it's always nice of Juggalos to go that one extra step and give us lines we can quote for years to come.
