'Halo' Fans React With Memes And Outrage After Master Chief Sex Scene In Paramount TV Series Goes Viral
Unfortunately for the fans, they once again called it. After Master Chief revealed his face in the first episode of the Halo TV series on Paramount+ (and later took off his armor to show his nude body), fans were convinced that Chief would become "Master Cheeks" before the end of the season.
Those fears were proven correct, as the eighth episode of the series has Master Chief getting it on with the main antagonist of the series, the Covenant female spy Makee, in what many fans online are claiming is the true shark jump for the series.

The plot point was so egregious to some fans that they outwardly attacked it, wondering why the product is so bad after how long it incubated in planning, and if it was possible to cancel the show before it got a season two (which is reportedly already confirmed).
To the dismay of some, the show reportedly appears to be doing well with ratings, so a season two where Chief tackles a real Covenant may be on the horizon yet. In the meantime, at least we've got lots of meme material to work with.

The Halo TV show feels like the Resident Evil live action movies all over againFinancially successful, but horrible reviews and is incredibly derivative of the source material. https://t.co/oL7i4w1LJK

Since time immemorial, humanity has gazed up at the stars in wonder, and said to itself, "There's cheeks up there, and I'm going to clap them."
I haven't seen the series, so I can't speak to its quality, but that primitive spark burns brightly.
