The last we saw of social media star Jake Paul, the 20-year-old YouTube celebrity and star of the Disney Channel sitcom Bizaardvark, he was smiling, dabbing and driving his neighbors crazy. Yesterday, however, Disney said What are those? to Paul's antics, after a news report about Paul terrorizing the west-Hollywood neighborhood where he lives and films his prank videos, such as one in which he starts a bonfire in his swimming pool, went viral. Apparently, the Mouse House didn't find the prank as charming as Paul did, and now, the two parties have mutually decided to go their separate ways, with Paul stepping down from the Disney show midway through its second season.

"We’ve mutually agreed that Jake Paul will leave his role on the Disney Channel series Bizaardvark," said a Disney spokesperson in a statement. "On behalf of the production company, the cast and crew, we thank Jake for his good work on the TV series for the past 18 months and extend our best wishes to him."

Paul also released a statement, taking to his notes app and tweeting a lengthy response about how he would endure or something.

The Paulers always rise, and with 25 million YouTube followers, it doesn't look like he'll be hurting for an audience anytime soon. Still, his fans, the Paulers, as he calls them, seem to be taking the news about Bizaardvark pretty hard.

He certainly has his detractors, though. On Twitter, people are going in on the former Bizaardvark star.

The news of his departure comes just days after YouTubers h3h3productions released a video about how Jake Paul doxed rapper Post Malone, who had recently recorded a video pranking Paul. The video asserts that following Malone's prank, Paul had released a response video, which featured Malone's address and license plate number. Another day in the life of Jake Paul.

Wait, what? Disney actually hired this kind of trash to appear in kid's show? I barely know anything about Bizaardvark outside of the premise and a few song skits I watched that were so full of cringe I'm amazed I didn't die. I knew their shows had gotten so bad that the network's ratings are hurting badly, but wow, I didn't expect them to sink that low to employ any random self-important asshole on YouTube.

Upvoting for no other reason than it is rare to see a Plok reference.

Yeah, I replayed Plok recently (I forget how HARD it was), take screenshots of everything he said at the end of every level, and just like that now I have +38 new image reactions that i probably will forget that I have in 2 days and then never use them again because that's how my memory works.

Those other youtubers saying he's gonna be the unfortunate future of youtube, get real, this guy's got like 2 weeks or a month before everybody forgets about him and his brother, just like Keemstar or leefy.

Case in point: I read an article about this guy the other day, I come here today and I see his name and picture, doesn't ring a bell, I only recognize him after reading what he did and I'm sure if I see any other article about him the following week, I will have forgotten his name and face by then.

You mean, as in, that is the face of someone who just got jumpscared, correct..? That would make more sense.

I dunno, man. I'd be pretty mortified if this thing emerged from my closet with a scare cue attached to it.
