Disney Adults Wait Hours In Virtual Queue For 'Oogie Boogie Bash' Tickets As Users Vent Their Frustrations Online
Disney Adults are venting their frustrations via memes about Disney’s online ticketing system as general public tickets open up for the hotly anticipated Oogie Boogie Bash this fall.
The Oogie Boogie Bash is a Halloween event running through September and October, in which Disneyland will be at limited capacity.
It is one of the few times when adults are allowed to dress up inside the park. Tickets cost around $150 per person, and activities include rides and a parade. This year’s event will also reportedly include two brand-new villains.
Let the frightfully fun guessing begin! Can you guess which two villains are joining this year’s Immersive Treat Trails at #OogieBoogieBash – A Disney Halloween Party? For more information about this separately ticketed event, visit https://t.co/iEwOE0eTKp pic.twitter.com/pasRsY59QL

Many posted online about the long wait times reported in the new virtual queue for Disney event ticketing. Some reported waiting several hours or trying to access tickets through multiple devices.
It seems that while most fans are getting placed in an hours-long queue for tickets, some are strangely able to buy them swiftly with little issue.

According to Disney-related blogs, it seems as if tickets for the Oogie Boogie Bash rarely sell out on the first day they are made available. Posters on Twitter have also shared that, as of this morning, all dates for the Oogie Boogie Bash remain available.

The hype for the Oogie Boogie Bash caps what has been an interesting first half of 2022 for Disney, which has seen the Disney Adults meme go viral and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis propose revoking Disney’s self-governing authority over Disney World.

Disney's stock plummeted by $40 billion, its favorability rating dropped from 77 to 33 percent, its new Buzz Lightyear film was a massive flop, and Ron DeSantis stripped the company of its special privileges. It's been a rough year for the Mouse.

I actually went to both the Oogie Boogie Bash and Halloween Horror Nights a few years back and ended up enjoying the bash a lot more despite expecting the complete opposite to be the case. It's expensive and I don't think I'd want to do it every year but it's totally worth doing at least once.
Kenetic Kups
With how much money and popularity they have, combined with the crowding in disney world
disney should really consider opening a new park in the us
