If memers know anything about late Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, it's that he really wanted to fix Japan's declining birth rate, and many joked that he had begun using anime and video games as propaganda machines to get his citizens to breed.

With Abe no longer with us, memers may wonder who will pick up the noble pursuit of flooding Japanese media with not-so-subtle messages about how great it is to get married and have kids.

Apparently, one candidate is game developer Hideki Kamiya, the director of the Bayonetta series, who took to Twitter last week to illustrate how his new game (the Bayonetta prequel Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon) will fix Japan's declining birth rate.

Apparently, Kamiya is confident he has created the perfect child to inspire the nation of Japan to propagate daughters in Cereza's likeness.

Of course, Kamiya is likely joking and just doing a bit of meme-centric marketing, but the tweet seems to have achieved its goal of getting fans excited for more Abe-esque memes.

There's probably little chance Cereza and the Lost Demon will solve Japan's declining birth rate (if Darling in the Franxx couldn't do it, likely nothing can), but Kamiya's tweet does offer hope that Japan will continue to be a fertile breeding ground for memes about breeding.
