No stranger to controversy, Post Millenial editor Andy Ngo is in the hot seat again for posting a comic by StoneToss, a webcomic known for promoting views associated with the alt-right movement, as his cover photo. Following a public backlash, Ngo removed the comic.

The comic in question depicted Ngo facing throngs of Antifa protestors, one of which is holding a sign that reads "Gay Asian Nazi Go Home." Originally posted on March 30th, StoneToss titled the comic "Ngo Country for Bold Men." Ngo responded to the comic by tweeting "Whoa," and later retweeted with the message, "More accurate than most mainstream stories I've read on the subject." He then temporarily made the comic his cover photo.

Hours later, Twitter user @RationalDis retweeted Ngo's tweet about the comic and wrote, "Famous non-fascist Andy Ngo signal boosting famous non-fascist & non-homophob[sic] Stonetoss to own the Libs." Minutes later, they followed with "Does, does Andy not know?"

Other critics of Ngo subsequently picked up the tweet and spread it online. Twitter user @GoadGatsby wrote, "Andy Ngo, a threat to our community and provider of kill lists for Atomwaffen, has teamed up with Stonetoss to help get his followers get into a pipeline toward fascism."

Though Ngo has since removed the comic from his Twitter cover image, it remains on his Instagram page with the caption "Antifa cartoon" at the time of publication.

1. It was irresponsible of Andy Ngo to share a StoneToss comic. If he wants to be taken seriously as a journalist, he should be mindful of how he presents himself in the public eye.

2. It is reasonable to document and criticize Antifa's illiberal extremism and history of violence in the same way is it reasonable/justified to document and criticize right wing extremism and its history of violence. Just because Antifa violence has not killed anyone (unlike right wing extremists) does not mean their assaults on civilians and journalists should be excused/justified.

I literally don't know what Atomwaffen is, aside from the fact that there is literally no mention of Andy Ngo without that being spammed repeatedly.

Atomwaffen is an international Neo-Nazi network. Rumour is Ngo provides targets.

Appreciate the info.

On the other hand, 'He provides kill lists to Neo Nazis' sounds like exactly the kind of lie a terrorist group would spread about someone who constantly records their activities.
