Six years after losing the 2016 Presidential Election to Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton has once again emerged in an attempt to needle her former political rival, one day after his Florida Mar-a-Lago home was raided by the FBI.

This afternoon, Clinton posted on her official Twitter account that her team had come up with some hats to sell. The hats read "But her emails," referring to a refrain that dogged her candidacy in the 2016 election.

In 2016, many Republicans attempted and arguably succeeded in making the controversy a prominent hurdle for her campaign, which revolved around Clinton's tenure as Secretary of State when she used her personal email to communicate confidential memos relating to foreign affairs and regional security in Libya that reportedly put national security at risk.

For many Democrats, the issue was small potatoes compared to the perceived threat Trump posed. After he won, almost every one of his many scandals as President was met with a refrain of "But her emails!" as though to chide others for making such a big deal out of the issue to the point where it swung the election in Trump's favor.

Now that Trump is in a massive pickle that appears to be related to his apparent unwillingness to hand over documents from his time as President that could be relevant to national security, Clinton has taken the opportunity to fundraise on the back of his misfortune with $30 hats and other apparel like T-shirts.

"Every 'but her emails' hat or shirt sold helps @onwardtogether partners defend democracy, build a progressive bench, and fight for our values," she tweeted. The hats, available for preorder, apparently sold out within hours, and more are being stocked.

As Clinton is one of the more polarizing figures in American politics, critics on both the political left and right of her expressed their disdain at the hats, as some on the right argued that she should be "locked up," while other people on the left argued that the hats were simply dumb.

It appears that we'll never be free of the 2016 election, as it will continue to be litigated over and over again for the rest of time by Clinton, Trump and supporters of both candidates.

Arguably, the right time was 6 years ago during her second campaign.

Christ.

Just put the Clintons, Trumps, Bushes, etc… on Epstein's island with no supplies and no way back and leave them there.

Agreed. Let's film it, though, and the money can go to help fight child trafficking.

Someone doesn't want to help children from being trafficked. Sad!

Very nice of Hillary to choose the worst possible time to remind the American people that, no matter how awful Trump is, she's worse.

Wouldn't it be funny if this was all an elaborate ploy to get another Hillary BTFO in 2024?

That doesn't really make sense because Hillary is acting like this is a huge win, and why would she do that unless she intentionally wants to lose?

Awful lot of tunnel vision on you, isn't there?
