On March 8th, 2023, YouTuber[1] BreadEater posted a video where he and some friends make comedic commentary while playing Dragon Ball FighterZ. At the 00:59 mark, a man says, "You can't handle the uber instincts of my uber autism," then uppercuts Goku. The video garnered over 4,600 views in a month.
On March 11th, the YouTuber posted the clip to their TikTok[2] page, @breadeater_, as an original sound, garnering over 479,000 views in a month (shown below).

The video's original sound became notably popular throughout late March 2023, largely as a source for lip dub videos and memes. On March 22nd, 2023, TikToker[3] @helljohan posted a video setting the audio to a "Yu-Gi-Oh": clip, garnering over 1.8 million views in a month (shown below, left). On March 27th, TikToker[4] @scrogginz posted a video to the sound that gained over 3.6 million views in the same rough span of time (shown below, right).
On April 1st, YouTuber[5] Rare Doodle posted an original animation using the audio, garnering over 187,000 views in four weeks (shown below). On April 24th, Twitter[6] user @soulfirephoen1x posted a clip from a Minecraft stream where someone writes a misquote of the phrase on a sign, garnering over 5,900 likes in four days.
