Yes Man's only appeared in the Fallout franchise is in Fallout: New Vegas, released on October 19th, 2010. In the game, Yes Man is Benny's assistant and has been programmed to do everything he's told. He is found in Benny's suite in the Tops casino, where players can begin a questline with him.[1]
