About
Women In Male-Dominated Fields is a catchphrase that was popularized as part of a TikTok trend in November 2024. The trend involves a woman sharing an anecdote or practice she has adopted that she thinks is often embodied by men. The phrase "women in male-dominated fields" is a play on corporate DEI speak, previously invoked to refer to women who make forays into typically male-dominated fields like STEM. The trend is similar to the #IHateMyBF memes that went viral in the fall of 2024.
