In th the eighth episode of the fourth season of Futurama, "Crimes of the Hot", there is a scene on the news showing the exodus of African turtles to Holland. Then the following exchange takes place between news anchors Linda and Morbo the Annihilator:

Morbo: Morbo wishes these stalwart nomads peace among the Dutch tulips.
Linda: At least all those windmills will keep them cool.
Morbo: Windmills do not work that way! Good night!

The last phrase of this exchange has since been used to express anger or exasperation with stupid statements, substituting anything for "windmills" in an "X do(es) not work that way! Good night!" format.
