Wild One vs. Soft One Dynamic Ship refers to a ship dynamic imagining two people in a romantic relationship. One of the pair is embarrassed on the outside but is imagining wholesome thoughts, while the other is calm on the outside but imagining NSFW thoughts. Similar to "what you imagine vs. what I imagine," the concept grew popular on Twitter / X in September 2024 as an exploitable redraw template.

On May 16th, 2024, Twitter / X[1] user @FluorArt uploaded her favorite ship dynamic, which shows a person who is easily embarrassed but has wholesome thoughts and a person who remains calm but has lewd thoughts. The post received over 5,900 reposts and 21,000 likes in four months (shown below).
Spread
On September 12th, 2024, @FluorArt's drawing was reposted by Twitter / X[2] user @empanadadetussi and received over 30,000 reposts and 223,000 likes in two weeks.
