About

Who Da Fack Dare to Call Me When I'm So Busy, alternatively written Who the Fuck Dare to Call Me When I'm So Busy, is a catchphrase taken from a viral video of a blonde woman with an accent receiving a phone call and then declining it in an aggressive and sassy manner. The original video was uploaded to YouTube in mid-2020 by Bulgarian YouTuber Albena Vuleva. In early 2023, it then became a TikTok meme and original sound on the platform used in memes and other humorous skits.

Origin

On September 27th, 2020, Bulgarian YouTuber[1] Albena Vuleva posted a video called, "GOPRO- първи стъпки, хъ хъ," in which she was sitting down and speaking directly to the camera. At the 12:34-minute mark of the video, Vuleva received a phone call to which she said, "Who the fuck dare to call me when I'm so busy?" Over the course of three years, the video received roughly 3,700 views (shown below).
