About

Who Is This? is a reaction image and TikTok sticker meme depicting two black men against a teal background above the text "WHO IS THIS?" The meme comes from album artwork for a song titled "Who is this?" by Afro gospel artist Louis Pascal, featuring Edem Evangelist, which was originally released in 2022. The meme, which typically crops out the name of the artists, began appearing online in late December 2025 and January 2026, primarily in TikTok comment sections as an image and GIF.

It's usually used in a literal sense to express confusion about who a person in a social media post is, often in a dismissive manner, especially toward content creators. However, the Who Is This? meme is also used as a form of brainrot and spam and is sometimes turned into an exploitable with meme creators altering the original and adding other people or elements to it.
