On November 11th, 2025, the X[1] / Twitter account @Raindropsmedia1 posted a clip from a Fox 5 news segment showing a Black man reacting to the news that a 12-year-old girl was charged for being involved in a string of robberies in Washington, D.C.[7] The man is shown to be speaking into the mic and looking the cameraman up and down before saying, "Where this little girl mother at?"
The post gathered over 6 million views and 38,000 likes in five days.
The clip was also reposted to the official @fox5dc TikTok[5] page on November 13th, gathering over 3 million views and 500,000 plays in three days.

On November 12th, 2025, X[6] user @KuntaKeaKizzy tweeted the catchphrase, "WHERE DAT GIRL MUVA AT?" in reference to the original viral video, gathering over 2,000 likes in four days.
