When I See You I GoGo Nuts, continued Please Baby Girl Let Me Touch On Them Coconuts, is a freestyle rap performed by YouTuber DashieGames that became the subject of a viral remix on TikTok in August 2022. The remix became popularized on TikTok in the latter half of the year, inspiring over 1.2 million videos to use its original sound in dance and lip-dub videos by October of that year.

Origin

On February 4th, 2016, YouTuber^[1] DashieGames posted a video where he plays HuniePop. At the 0:11-second mark, Dashie does a freestyle rap to the game's title music that starts with the lyrics, "When I see you I gogo nuts, please baby girl let me touch on them coconuts," garnering over 1.1 million views in six years. The clip was reposted by YouTuber^[2] a on November 7th, 2021, garnering over 218,000 views in a year.

On August 15th and 18th, 2022, TikToker^[3][4] @..b1ackie posted videos remixing the freestyle into a song, garnering over 105,000 and 288,000 views, respectively, in two months (shown below, left and right). The original sound^[5] for the latter upload became popularized in September, inspiring over 12,000 videos in a month.

On August 26th, 2022, TikToker^[6] @luvishh_posted a Dashie fancam including a segment of the song, garnering over 7 million views in two months (shown below).

The original sound^[7] then went viral between September and October 2022, inspiring over 1.2 million uses by October 28th. Some of the highest-viewed videos follow a dance trend set to the song that ends with the dancer spinning around and twerking (examples shown below).^[8][9]

On September 16th, DashieGames posted a video to YouTube^[10] where he reacts to videos using the sound, garnering over 1.2 million views in a month (shown below).
