Origin

The movie Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs was released on July 1st, 2009. In the scene, the group finds the character Buck, who decides to tell a story of his adventures. The first instance of it being used as a meme was found to be on Reddit, uploaded on August 29th, 2019.
