Origin

On May 4th, 2023, TikToker^[1] @chrishoffish posted a video where he sings in a parking garage. In the video, he vocalizes "oh" repeatedly, turns to the camera to say, "we're in heaven," and then continues vocalizing passionately. The video gained over 56 million views in two weeks (shown below). The song is based on a DJ Sammy remix of the song "Heaven" by Bryan Adams.^[6]

Over the course of May 2023, the video became the subject of remixes. On May 5th, 2023, TikToker^[2] @dankorshunov posted a remix of the song that gained over 12 million views in 10 days (shown below, left). On the same day, TikToker^[3] @ noxxzq posted a sped-up version of the song that gained over 5 million views in the same span of time. On May 11th, TikToker^[4] @frenchfuse posted a remix that gained over 190,000 views in four days (shown below, right).

On April 13th, TikToker^[5] @enter..username_ posted a video set to the sped-up version of the song, garnering over 923,000 views in two days (shown below).
