We See the Fit Bro is a catchphrase used in a series of memes on TikTok in which elaborate Fortnite character skins are shown off to the song "Superheaven" by Yeat. The trend was popularized on TikTok in December 2024 and was inspired by an April 2024 edit of the anime series My Hero Academia.

Origin

On April 26th, 2024, TikToker^[1] @gusssington posted a My Hero Academia edit set to the Yeat song "Superheaven" that garnered over 1.5 million views in a year.

On November 27th, TikToker^[2] @metal_kun_ posted a meme set to the original sound in which the Fortnite skin for Izuku Midoriya is shown under a comment reading, "we peep the fit dude😭🙏," garnering over 550,000 views in a month.

Spread

The trend became increasingly popular throughout December 2024 as a way for users to show off their Fortnite skins and costumes. For example, on December 4th, 2024, TikToker^[3] @.vvproxy posted a version of the trend showing off a "Spider-Man": skin that gained over 1.2 million views in two weeks.

On December 16th, TikToker^[4] @yo.ruichi posted a version of the trend that gained over 3.1 million views in three days.
