The line, said by the character Church, comes from the Red vs. Blue episode "Real Life vs. Internet," which originally premiered on July 14th, 2004 at the New York Video Festival.[5] On March 12th, 2015, the video was uploaded to YouTube, where it received more than 88,000 views (shown below).
Spread
The image of Church saying the line began seeing use as a reaction image on January 15th, 2019. That day, it appeared in /r/MemeEconomy[1] in a post by FestiveNinja that gained over 1,200 points (shown below, left). The same day, a post in /r/dankmemes by dcxr[2] about the trailer for the latest Spider-Man film gained over 13,000 points (shown below, right).
