The key moment takes place at roughly the 1:05 mark.

Social media users recognized the potential of the clip as a meme that evening. Later on November 2nd, Twitter / X user @notbpod^[1] posted the clip alongside the I Got One More In Me meme and a clip of Carter saying, "It's over," writing, "New Vince Carter meme dropped," gaining over 30 retweets and 490 likes in five days.
