Viktor Nation, How We Feeling and Jaybe or Jaybe Not are quotes spoken by voice actor Harry Lloyd in the voice of his character Viktor from Arcane in a video promoting the series on the League of Legends TikTok account. The video was posted in late November 2024 and was popularized on the app and among the Arcane fandom over the following days as an original sound, with the quotes seeing use as catchphrases across multiple social media platforms going into early December 2024.

On November 25th, 2024, the @LeagueofLegends TikTok[1] page posted a video in which several voice actors from Arcane say phrases that are references to cliche lines of dialogue and memes in the voices of their characters. The video includes Harry Lloyd, the voice of Viktor, saying, "Viktor nation, how we feeling?" and "Jayce… jaybe, or jaybe not." The post gained over 12 million views in five days.

Harry Lloyd's quotes from the video garnered viral spread in the Arcane fandom over the following days as members of the community started using them as catchphrases. The original sound for @LeagueofLegends' video was also popularized.
For example, on November 25th, 2024, X[2] user @brunchcorpse posted a piece of WIP Viktor fan art, writing, "VIKTOR NATION DOES THIS HELP," garnering over 88,000 likes in a week. On November 27th, X[3] user @transypha reposted the video clip, garnering over 15,000 likes in the same rough span of time. It was also reposted to the subreddit /r/arcane[4] on November 28th, garnering over 3,800 upvotes in six days.
Also on November 28th, TikToker[5] @nirami1 posted an animation set to the sound referencing the Jayce PFP war trend, garnering over 1.8 million views in six days.
On December 2nd, 2024, TikToker[6] @maddie.castt posted a video in which they changed their Netflix profile names to references to the video, garnering over 1.2 million views in two days. On December 3rd, TikToker[7] @kinggrago posted a video set to the sound where they put a Viktor cut-out on top of their Christmas tree, garnering over 1.5 million views in a day.
