About
Trump's "YMCA" Dance refers to a viral video of President Donald Trump dancing to "YMCA" by The Village People while at a campaign rally in Florida. The video, taken shortly after he was discharged from Walter Reed Medical Center for his COVID-19 diagnosis, was praised by conservatives for showing how lively Trump seemed, while liberals found it tone-deaf considering the toll the pandemic has taken and suspected Trump's energy may have been due to steroids he was taking as a treatment for the illness. It also led to numerous edits where Trump was dancing to other songs or dancing in a different location.

His energy is higher than ever 😀" (shown below, left). Liberals found the video distasteful for multiple reasons.
