Trisha Paytas' Baby Reincarnation Conspiracy Theories, also known as Trisha Paytas' Children Reincarnation Theory or Trisha Paytas' Kids Reincarnation, refers to a lighthearted conspiracy theory and series of memes and jokes claiming that each time American YouTuber and influencer Trisha Paytas' is pregnant or gives birth to a child while a prominent figure of importance dies, that individual is then reincarnated as her baby.

The humorous theory started with a rumor that Queen Elizabeth II would be reborn as Payta's firstborn child in February 2022 following the Queen's death. In February 2024, the meme was revived with jokes about King Charles being reincarnated as Trisha's second baby after it was announced that Charles was diagnosed with cancer while Paytas was six months pregnant. In April 2025, the death of Pope Francis caused another resurgence in the theories and memes, as Paytas was due to give birth to her third child in July 2025. Following the birth of her child, Aquaman, in late July 2025, Ozzy Osbourne died the same day she announced her son's birth, leading to a resurgence in reincarnation memes that it was Ozzy.

Origin

On February 14th, 2022, influencer Trisha Paytas announced her first pregnancy.^[1] On February 16th, TikToker^[2] @smurphy_murphy posted a lip-dub video (since deleted) in which he coughs into his sleeve under the caption, "Queen Elizabeth holding on for dear life so she doesn't get reincarnated as Trisha Paytas' baby," garnering over 484,000 views in three years. This is the earliest known post referencing a high-profile individual being reincarnated as Paytas' baby.

A few months later, on September 7th, 2022, Paytas announced that she was 1cm dilated on X,^[3] which occurred a day earlier than Queen Elizabeth II's death on September 8th, 2025, sparking a resurgence in the theory and memes shortly after (shown below).

The timing of both events was then cited by X^[4] user @jul13an on September 8th, who retweeted Paytas' tweet with a screenshot from the @smurphy_murphy video, writing, "trisha paytas having a baby soon and queen elizabeth dying…." garnering over 4,400 likes and 200 retweets in roughly three years (shown below).

The theory continued to go viral following Trisha Paytas' second and third pregnancy announcements, spawning a series of speculation about which figure of importance would die to reincarnate as Trisha's baby.

For instance, on January 19th, 2024, Paytas talked about the baby reincarnation theory surrounding her during an interview for the Call Her Daddy podcast (seen below).^[5] The video amassed more than 43,000 views and 990 likes in a year.

On April 21st, 2025, TikTok^[6] user @kiva_thediva posted a video of Pope Francis greeting Queen Elizabeth II, adding the text, "They don't know yet, but they're about to be reincarnated as Trisha Paytas' children." The video (seen below) amassed over 3 million plays and 1.2 million likes in a day.

On April 21st, 2025, after the death of Pope Francis was announced by the Vatican, more memes and jokes claiming the religious leader will be reincarnated as Paytas' third baby arose.

For instance, on the same day, X^[9] user @rammy_c8 posted a joke comparing the J.D. Vance killed Pope Francis theory and Paytas' reincarnation theory (seen below), amassing more than 3 million views and 225,000 likes in a day.

Ozzy Osbourne Reincarnated as Trisha Paytas' Baby Aquaman

Ozzy Osbourne Reincarnated as Trisha Paytas' Baby Aquaman refers to a series of memes claiming that Black Sabbath frontman and heavy metal singer Ozzy Osbourne was reincarnated as influencer and podcaster Trisha Paytas' third child, her son named Aquaman. The memes began on July 22nd, 2025, when reports that Trisha Paytas gave birth to her son coincided with reports that Ozzy Osbourne died at age 76. The memes are a continuation of other memes about Trisha Paytas' babies being reincarnated as notable figures, including Queen Elizabeth II, King Charles and Pope Francis. Notably, Paytas had her baby on July 12th, 2025, while Ozzy reportedly died on July 22nd, 2025.
