The meme spread as a copypasta on X over the following years.

On June 8th, 2024, X^[2] user @jettacar_ posted the copypasta along with two edited versions of the notification images, garnering around 180 likes in three months. On June 14th, X^[3] user @buffys posted the copypasta, garnering over 20,000 likes in the same span of time. The post was criticized by some commenters, who noted the user had at least 80,000 followers at the time.

On September 27th, X^[4] user @codenamecody posted the meme, garnering over 3,400 likes in three days. On September 28th, X^[5] user @BoruIDK quote-reposted the post, writing, "i havent ever seen this fucking post being made by an actual small account," garnering over 87,000 likes in two days.
