About
The Rizzler Crying For His Mom is a viral video of The Rizzler, real name Christian Joseph, crying in a Walmart, wondering where his mom is while his dad teases him and tells him he's not sure where she went. The clip was posted to TikTok in September 2023, prior to The Rizzler's mainstream virality. In October 2024, the video resurfaced and went viral on TikTok, inspiring memes, many of which treat the video as more tragic and heartbreaking than it is.
Origin
On September 15th, 2023, The Rizzler's dad, TikToker[1] @itztherizzler, posted a video of The Rizzler crying in a Walmart store. In the video, The Rizzler says to his dad, "Please tell me where mommy is." His dad jokingly responds, "She's gone, she's left," as The Rizzler wanders around a little, looking for her. He asks again and his dad claims he doesn't know where she went. His dad says, "Don't cry, dry your eye." The Rizzler's dad then says he'll tell him where his mom is if he walks through the women's underwear section of the store.
At the end of the video, his mom reenters the scene and The Rizzler runs up to hug her. The video gained over 6 million views in a year.
