About
The Marshmallow Game or the One Marshmallow Check It Out Woo Game is a game or internet challenge popularized on TikTok that begins with two or more participants rhythmically banging their hands on a surface. Player A says, "One marshmallow," player B continues, "Check it out," then player A says, "Woo." The players repeat this pattern, going up a number each round and adding another repetition of each phrase ("X marshmallow," "check it out" and "woo") as they go until one player messes up, ending the game. For example, round two starts with the phrase "two marshmallows," with each player going back-and-forth until they say each phrase twice. The game was popularized in September and October 2023.
