The Fuck You Guy is a TikTok audio meme derived from a Try Not to Get Scared video by @offlainnnn in which he reads, "'Can I got to toilet please?' I asked teacher. 'Fuck you,' said my teacher, whose was actually the Fuck You Guy." The video was posted in October 2024 and became the viral subject of lip dub videos in early December, garnering over 70,000 uses that month. The audio comes from the same video as the creature feature featuring the creature audio.

Origin

On October 10th, 2024, TikToker^[1] @offlainnnn posted a video in his "Try Not to Get Scared" series in which he reads several parody two sentence horror stories, garnering over 3.3 million views in two months. The third story is about a guy who asks his teacher if he can go to the bathroom only for the teacher to respond, "Fuck you." It is then revealed that the teacher is actually "the Fuck You Guy."

The "fuck you guy" audio segment became the subject of lip dubs in late November and early December 2024. On November 29th, 2024, TikToker^[2] @0xle_ posted a video laughing to the audio, wondering how they got the "fuck you" audio to sound so good with the AI voice, garnering over 12 million views in five days.

On December 3rd, TikToker^[3] @cassiesbooktok posted a video using the audio in which she references Spotify Wrapped, garnering over 3.3 million views in two days.

On December 4th, 2024, TikToker^[4] @fombasyllah posted a video using the sound that gained over 1.1 million views in a day. On December 5th, the meme was included in Digg's^[5] top memes of the week editorial.
