After the release of Taylor Swift Midnights album on October 21st, 2022, Spanish and Portuguese-speaking TikTokers started to post videos using Taylor Swift's songs "The Great War" and "You're On Your Own, Kid." On November 26th, 2022 a Taylor-themed party happened in Argentina, with a special clip of Messi with a piece of music from the new album. The post, uploaded by TikTok^[4] user @taylorfestt, received 285,300 views and 58,000 likes in one month.
