"Sweet Jesus, Pooh!" is an exploitable comic series featuring the character Tigger from Winnie the Pooh panicking over the character Pooh accidentally eating his father's ashes. Variations of the comic typically depict Pooh ingesting a variety of substances.

Origin

The original comic was published by the site Safely Endangered[1] under the title "Oh Bother" on July 5th, 2013 (shown below).

Spread

On February 2nd, 2015, an edited version of the comic featuring references to the Illuminati and the "Jet Fuel Can't Melt Steel Beams" conspiracies was posted to the /r/conspiracy[2] subreddit, where it gained over 100 upvotes. In May, compilations of various edited variations were posted on FunnyJunk[3] and Imgur.[4] On July 9th, an edit of the comic about harsh noise music was highlighted on the Tumblr blog Power and Violence, where it gained over 12,000 notes.[5]
