The video was uploaded in mid-April 2025 and became the subject of memes and content, including animations and cooking videos, over the following weeks.

On April 13th, 2025, TikToker[1] @adam.tfm posted a comedy video that begins by showing himself browsing a computer under the caption, "Me trying to look for healthy recipes online." A voiceover meant to represent a typical recipe he might find says, "Here's how you make my super easy, two ingredient, low calorie, no bake, no refrigerate, no flour, no sugar, no gluten, no egg, no carb, no fat," then transitions into rapping while continuing to list things as @adam.tfm dances. Near the end of the video, the chef stops rapping, continues talking about the recipe, and @adam.tfm closes the computer.

The video gained over 5.1 million views, 527,000 likes and 3,500 comments in two months.

The audio from @adam.tfm's video became the subject of memes and videos over the following weeks, particularly through May 2025. Some of the most popular examples use the audio over cooking or baking footage.

For example, on May 10th, 2025, TikToker[2] @yume.bakery posted a video over the sound that gained over 1.3 million views in a month.


On May 12th, TikToker[3] @hellozek posted an animation based on the video in which an animated chef raps the song, garnering over 2.5 million views in a month. The video also garnered over 60,000 views on YouTube.[4]


On May 31st, TikToker[5] @bishop.verse posted a similar animation in which a chef raps the song, garnering over 1.9 million views in five days.


On June 1st, 2025, TikToker[6] @themanwhodraw posted an animation in which Mori Calliope raps the song, garnering over 576,000 views in four days.
