The song "Laughing Vity Jersey" by PM_FOUR was used as the game's theme and became associated with content about You vs. Homer.
History
Survive Homer
You vs. Homer is inspired by the December 30th, 2024 Roblox game Survive Homer by users michae84525 and baconsarthebest19.[1] Test footage of the game can be found on YouTube[2] dating back to July 14th, 2025.
You vs. Homer
You vs. Homer was released on Roblox[3] on October 17th, 2025. It is an asymmetrical survival horror game parody, or "asym," where one player takes on the role of Homer Simpson, who must find the other players, using various Bart skins, and eat them. In the game's "Infection" mode, players are given slingshots, which they can use to damage Homer.
By January 12th, 2026, the game garnered over 60,000 favorites and 9.7 million total visits.
The game purportedly uses the song "Laughing Vity Jersey," also known as "Night Mail," by PM_FOUR as its theme song. This was purportedly done without PM_FOUR's permission, but he has since contacted the developers and approved its use. This is described in PM_FOUR's YouTube[4] upload of the song.

In another screenshot, one of the Discord mods refuses to ban people who are also in "condo" servers, meaning servers for sexually explicit Roblox games that slip past detection and are known to attract e-daters and predators.[12] The post gained over 4,500 likes in a day.
