Super Mario Bros. is a 1993 live-action comedy film loosely based on the popular video game franchise of the same name by Nintendo starring Bob Hoskins, John Leguizamo and Dennis Hopper. Super Mario Bros. is the first video game movie adaptation but it received negative reviews from critics.^[1][2]
