The Lesbian MasterDoc or "Am I A Lesbian" Master Doc is a document written by Angeli Luz meant to help women questioning their sexuality determine whether or not they are lesbians. The document was posted to Luz's Tumblr page in 2018 and gained viral spread over the following years, with some crediting it for helping them discover that they're lesbians. In the 2020s, the document went viral on TikTok.
Background
On January 25th, 2018, Tumblr[1] user questioninglesbians, real name Angeli Luz, posted a screenshot of and link to a 31-page document known as the "Lesbian Master Doc" or "Am I a Lesbian" document that she wrote, writing, "I made a master doc for questioning lesbians!" garnering over 32,000 notes in six years (shown below). The original post links no longer work, but the document is archived on the Wayback Machine.[2]

Online Presence
The Lesbian MasterDoc went viral over the following years online and has been credited by several women as helping them realize they were lesbians. On June 25th, 2020, Vice[3] published an article about the document titled "How Tumblr's 'Am I a Lesbian?' Google Doc Became Internet Canon."
On November 13th, YouTuber[4] verilybitchie posted a video discussing the document, garnering over 82,000 views in four years (shown below). In the video, she refutes some aspects of the document for being unclear and unfair to bisexual people.
The document became notably popular on TikTok beginning in 2021, with many users claiming the document helped them come out. For example, on June 25th, 2021, TikToker[5] @imhotleavemealone69 posted a video about learning she was a lesbian after reading the doc, garnering over 224,000 views in three years (shown below, left). On September 27th, TikToker[6] @shawtybadmorally posted a video about the document and how it helped her realize she wasn't bi, but a lesbian, garnering over 200,000 views in the same span of time (shown below, right).
On June 16th, 2023, Business Insider[7] published an article about a 28-year-old woman who realized she was a lesbian after reading the document. On July 1st, TikToker[8] @_alrighty__aphrodite_ posted a video going through the document and explaining how it helped her come out as a lesbian, garnering over 500,000 views in nine months (shown below).
