Overview
Goofy Ahhrena is an arena fighting game Roblox experience created by G2E Studios where players choose from a number of memeable characters, including Walter White, Roblox Baller and the Among Us crewmate, and fight in a variety of arenas. The alpha version of the game was released in October 2022, becoming increasingly popularized in character showcases and Let's Play videos around that time. The name is based on the goofy ahh slang term, often used in zoomer memes.
History
On August 13th, 2022, YouTuber[1] Sayn, a developer of Goofy Ahhrena, posted a video showcasing the moveset of the game's iShowSpeed character, garnering over 278,000 views in three months (shown below). The Goofy Ahhrena experience was created on Roblox[2] on August 15th, 2022. A Discord[3] group was started for the game that month, gaining over 20,000 members in two months.
Sayn continued to upload videos teasing the game's characters and movesets over the following weeks. On September 16th, he uploaded a video to YouTube[3] showcasing Andrew Tate's moves, garnering over 132,000 views in two months (shown below, left). On October 21st, he uploaded a video to YouTube[4] showcasing Walter White's moves, garnering over 108,000 views in a month (shown below, right).
On October 26th, 2022, Sayn uploaded a video to YouTube[5] showcasing GigaChad's moveset, garnering over 61,000 views in a week (shown below, left). On October 30th, he then uploaded a video[6] showcasing the crewmate's moveset, garnering over 36,000 views in roughly the same span of time (shown below, right). The game entered early access alpha testing on October 31st.

Online Presence
Leading up to the game's release, videos showcasing character movesets and portions of the game became prevalent on TikTok. For example, on August 27th, 2022, TikToker[7] @rockonsocks posted a video about the game, garnering over 800,000 views in just over two months (shown below, left). On September 10th, TikToker[8] @sanobp posted a video about the Hog Rider character, garnering over 869,000 views in just over a month (shown below, right).
After the game entered alpha testing on Halloween day 2022, people started uploading Let's Play videos of the game. On November 1st, YouTuber[9] Loppy posted a video about the game, garnering over 210,000 views in a week (shown below).
