In the video, @crushacow repeated a soundbite of the male voiceover saying, "He took his niece who had cancer to see Santa," concerning a scene in season 9, episode 7 of Family Guy titled, "Road to the North Pole."^[4] Over 10 days, the video received over 174,400 likes.

On November 27th, 2025, TikToker^[8] @xxyuriyaoixx shared a similar video edit meme that spliced a Family Guy Moments compilation called "5 More of The Funniest Family Guy Intro Moments" by YouTuber^[2] Screen Addicts, originally shared on September 5th, 2023.

The edit repeated Stewie Griffin forgetting his lines and saying, "Pumpkin pie" in the intro song, from season 14, episode 15, titled, "A Lot Going on Upstairs."^[9] Over four days, the video received over 103,500 likes.
