Some People Believe is refers to a series of four-panel exploitable webcomics in which anthropomorphic organs have a conversation about multiple universes, only to say that one thing commonly found problem in our universe could never be fixed any universe.
Origin
On June 20th, 2018, the webcomic "The Awkward Yeti" published a comic of an anthropomorphic heart and brain on a dock discussing the possibility of infinite universes on Twitter. [1] The comic ends with the heart organ asking if there's a universe where politicans are competent. The brain responds, "Let's not be ridiculous."
Spread
When posted to Facebook, [2] the comic received more than 43,000 reactions, 17,000 shares and 500 comments.
On June 21st, an edited version of the comic, in which the heart asks "aren't mods gay," was posted on the /r/dankmemes subreddit. The following day, Redditor[3] AndHelms reposted the comic (shown below, left), which received more than 545 upvotes (90% upvoted).
Two days later, on June 24th, Instagram [4] account @powerwolfmemes posted a memes in which the heart says, "And one where Powerwolf sucks" (shown below, center).
The following week, on July 2nd, Redditor[5] OstrichEmpire posted a template for the exploitable on the /r/MemeEconomy subreddit. The post (shown below, right) received more than 100 points (90% upvoted) and 65 comments.
