About

So Sad To Say Goodbye To Such A Fun Year refers to a trend on TikTok set to a distorted version of Bruno Mars' song "Locked Out of Heaven" followed by silence where a TikToker claims they're sad to say goodbye to 2021 then shows images representing 2021 as a strange or bad year as the track cuts to silence. The trend was started on December 31st, 2021, by TikToker @jaylampy and spread over the course of January 2022.
